When you send an enquiry, we receive:

• your name and your mobile number;
• your email address, if you give one;
• what you tell us about your plans: what you are planning, your dates, about how many guests, the functions, whether you need rooms, villa or hotel, the venue, your company, and your message;
• whether you asked to be told when water park tickets open;
• that you agreed to be contacted about your enquiry.

The form does not set cookies and the site uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Your browser keeps one small note for the length of your visit so the loading screen is not shown twice; it is never sent to us. The company that hosts the website keeps standard technical logs of each visit, such as the address of the connection and the type of browser.

To reply to your enquiry. If you ticked “Tell me when water park tickets open”, also to tell you when tickets open. We use your details for nothing else.

The resort's staff who answer enquiries can read your enquiry, and so can the companies that host the website and its database, only to run them.

You can ask us at any time to:

• tell you what details we hold about you;
• correct them;
• delete them;
• stop contacting you, including about water park tickets.
